Long Time

I have neglected writing on here because nothing new has really happened.
I in fact gave myself some projects to do to fill in the time between applying for jobs each day.
I have been living in my apartment for almost 2 years now and only painted the bedroom a light blue to match my duvet cover. I also painted a very dark blue wall as a focus wall. However the remaining walls were a horrible yellowish beige and made it look very dingy and dull. So I decided that I would paint my bathroom a purple (that's my favourite colour) and the kitchen and remaining walls in the living room white. The living room went smoothly and only took a few hours to do. I decided next to do the kitchen..getting behind the fridge and stove was the biggest problem but it looks much fresher now.
Then comes the bathroom. The biggest pain of all. It's a small bathroom and has tight spots and many corners. I primed it to make sure that the paint would look its best. The paint went on well but it felt like it took forever! Around the toilet was the worst terrible, I had to contort myself just to get into a position for the paint brush to hit the wall. But I finally finished the bathroom and it looks great!

I am glad however that the painting is done and I don't have any more painting to do!

Next time my apartment is really clean I will take full room pictures and make sure there is daylight ;)
